Late Arrivals
Your promptness is greatly appreciated; arriving late will limit your treatment time, as your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Late clients are responsible for full service fees.
 
Spa Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, we request a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours, you may be charged 50% of the treatment fee
